Alki beach is such a wonderful spot in Seattle and makes you feel like you are in a small "beach town". We love to bring a blanket and snacks to the sandy beach, bike/walk along the pathway, or grab some food and ice cream nearby. During the summer, you'll see lots of people cooking out, playing in a summer volleyball league, or swimming in the water.

"The Junction" is the main strip in West Seattle full of restaurants, bars, and stores to walk around! On Sundays in the summer, you'll find a large farmer's market to pick up local food as well.

Fun, eclectic diner a short walk away from the house. We love to come here for a late breakfast. Lots of fun history as well, since Luna Park used to be a famous amusement park in Seattle.

This is a huge, beautiful park right on the water. You can hike around amongst the trees, as well as walk along a long paved path that follows the water.
