There are lots of activities and things to do within easy walk and drive of our accommodation. Splashpad, miniature train rides and Playground.
Awesome playground and splashpad for the kids. Has a flying fox as well.
Easy walk through the playground to the beach.
There's also a miniature train which runs every Sunday from 1-4pm

Waterfront Cafe is not great for food. But drinks and coffee are ok if you want a million dollar view

Awesome park for a nice walk. You can enter the park from Raumati South. It's a great place to start if your biking as there's a safe bike path right through the park. We love the Paekakareke end as the Wairua stream has eels to feed, a community garden and urban hut as well as the bush and beach. Dog friendly on a leash.

Taman Ratu Elizabeth
Awesome park for a nice walk. You can enter the park from Raumati South. It's a great place to start if your biking as there's a safe bike path right through the park. We love the Paekakareke end as the Wairua stream has eels to feed, a community garden and urban hut as well as the bush and beach. Dog friendly on a leash.
Paraparaumu beach has a great playground and skatepark and lots of shops nearby. There's also a market every Saturday Morning.

Food scene
We have a number of pet friendly restaurants and cafe in Raumati Beach town only 800m down the road.
The boundary has a pet area outside and also kids packs and a bouncy castle available in the summer for the kids.
