Alta Sierra Ski Resort is awesome check it out!
Alta Sierra Ski Resort is just a couple miles from the cabin. The only ski lift in all of Kern County it is open as the weather permits. Find them on Facebook under their name for the latest on current conditions and winter operating hours. You can ski, snowboard, they have a tube park and they give lessons and have hot drinks and meals too, a fun place for the family.
