The menu was very informative and encourages participation in the preparation of your coffee ~ with a choice of beans, with detailed information about taste, origin, strength, a choice of how your coffee is prepared from pour over options to aero press and also Iced or hot! Great spot for dinner. It is hard to find, you have to go down a small alleyway and then enter an apartment building before climbing up five flights of stairs. The food was excellent - mostly South Vietnamese dishes that are done extremely well (try the spring rolls and prawns in tamarind sauce were two highlights). They have two levels - one inside and one on the roof where you can eat out in the open. A great experience and well worth the effort to find it!
