Take a walk along the Marginal Way, a path that winds along rocky cliffs overlooking the ocean, Perkins Cove, or explore the town center: art galleries, bars, restaurants, giftshops, fresh seafood, and if you have the time, catch a show at the summer stock Ogunquit Playhouse. One of Maine’s favorite vacation destinations!

One of our favorite towns. It’s a ride up the highway (about 40 min) but if you have the time, it’s worth a visit! The Old Port waterfront features working fishing wharves and converted warehouses with restaurants and shops. Nearby, the Western Promenade is a public park atop a bluff, offering river and mountain views. Its surrounding district, the West End, is full of Victorian-era homes, including the Victoria Mansion museum.
