It's outstanding Filipino cuisine, which if you've never tried is a must! Highly recommend ordering the caesar salad and the sisig.

For breakfast: Elle's pastries, breakfast sandwich, coffee and tea are the best in the city, and less than 2 blocks away. For dinner: The Washington Post food critic named this a restaurant he's been waiting for for 15 years. The menu is small but everything on it is outstanding. Highly recommend Eleanor's Crackers.
