So Proof is a bakery- but also a coffee shop / cafe. This place has if not the best then in the top 3 best backed goods in Atlanta. Their Pan de Campagne and sour dough breads are great. Consistently good, it can sometimes be a bit tricky to get parking - you may want to Uber and afterwards take a stroll to check out the Little 5 Points nightlife. Also, if you're not into the brisket, give the Burger a try or maybe a frito pie.
