Drinks & Nightlife

Yakitori and Japanese booze (sake, whiskey and beers). One of the HK hot-spots. I am not a huge fan but others like it a lot so add it here anyway. Closed on Sundays.

Fantastic bar on the top floor of Shanghai Tang with a lovely roof patio. What more could you want!?! Also a Michelin-starred eatery, but I prefer the bar and bar-food.

The Lawn bar is a little green oasis in the hustle-bustle of Hong Kong Island. I really like working here as an extension of the office :)

Food Scene

Davide and his team are really really nice. Say you're a friend of mine and they'll be even nicer. The drinks are well priced, good music and the food is really good.

Local italian. I think it is a bit over-rated (and why come to Hong Kong for Italian food) but it is a popular one with the local crowd

Classic dim sum place on the island. One of the 'must dos' for a first timer to Hong Kong. Queues can be really long so get there early

Pretty good, if you have craving for French foods. The caramel banana is my fave - but they also do savory options. Enjoy!
