AMAZING Perfect place to visit for lunch et al. SEAFOOD SEAFOOD SEAFOOD and a beer....The deck is right on the harbor. One of my absolute favorite places to eat on a gorgeous sunny day in NS. Much less insane that at Peggy's Cove down the road about 17 clicks.

Parks & Nature
Paved path on the gorgeous Grand Lake. Great Swimming and jumping off the rocks if you are a tad brave! Wonderful to go for a 1/2 walk through the whole park or to bike around. Expect to see locals here in summer.

Laurie Provincial Park

Boat launch in this park onto Laurie Park. Lifeguards in summer. Family friendly. Wide open space but also has great hiking in the woods. BBQ pits and picnic tables are on site as well as change rooms and outhouses. Water is warm and a small sandy beach is here too.

Wildlife park. Lovely to spend a 1/2 day here .
