This museum consists of two parts, a sculpture garden in the yard behind and a portrait gallery of famous and important Communist leaders. Both are quite interesting for those trying to imagine life in Communist Bulgaria.Visit this on a sunny day, the outdoor part with statues is amazing if you like communist art (powerful). Working hours 10:00 am - 5:30 pm, Tuesday - Sunday PRICE 6 leva per visitor

Park Borisova Gradina is the oldest and best known park in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria. Its construction and arrangement began in 1884 and it is named after Bulgarian Tsar Boris III.

Sightseeing

The gold-domed Alexander Nevsky Cathedral was built in the early 20th century in memory of the 200,000 Russian, Ukrainian, Belorussian and Bulgarian soldiers, who died in the Russo-Turkish War, 1877–1878. It is one of the largest Eastern Orthodox cathedrals in the world. The cathedral's gold-plated dome is 45 m high, with the bell tower reaching 50.52 m.
