In Paulilatino, baking bread is an art old of centuries and this bakery has a tradion of three generations. "Panificio Firinu" still bakes following the traditional way and using a natural yeast base. I suggest you try "tzichi" and "crivatzu", while some kinds of bread are only seasonal like "pane cun gherdas" (in the winter).

At "Ristoria da Gianki" you can choose among different traditional dishes beautifully cooked by Marta or eat pizza or "piattone", a huge plato combinado. There is a nice relaxing garden for eating outside under the moon and enjoy the peace of this beautiful archeological park full of centenary olive trees. You can't miss a walk to the nuragic sacred well inside the park, it's magic!!!

Among the best to does on the west coast are surfing (if you are a sport guy) or having a beer watching the sun going down in the sea! If you did the surf part, Lollo Beach is the best place to do the second one, having a nice aperitivo and listening to live music! Nadia and Lello are the best hosts!
