Minnehaha Trail
Minnehaha TrailEasy hiking track with steep steps at the end with a swimming hole under the falls.
A 15 minute walk to the Empress Falls where you can swim under the water fall.
Walk south on Valley Rd towards Backhouse St (turn right at the front gate) - 260 m.
Slight right onto Fitzgerald St - 94 m.
Turn right onto Fletcher St - 110 m.
Continue onto Valley of the Waters Track - 200 m.
Turn left to stay on Valley of the Waters Track - 140 m.
Turn right to stay on Valley of the Waters Track - 130 m.
Empress Falls - Enjoy!

A 15 minute walk to the Empress Falls where you can swim under the water fall.
Walk south on Valley Rd towards Backhouse St (turn right at the front gate) - 260 m.
Slight right onto Fitzgerald St - 94 m.
Turn right onto Fletcher St - 110 m.
Continue onto Valley of the Waters Track - 200 m.
Turn left to stay on Valley of the Waters Track - 140 m.
Turn right to stay on Valley of the Waters Track - 130 m.

The National Pass is part of a network of tracks including the Nature Track, Wentworth Pass, the Overcliff-Undercliff Walk, Vera Falls Track, Kings Tableland and the historic Charles Darwin Walk that ambles upstream along Jamison Creek to Wentworth Falls village. So many enjoyable bushwalks beginning just down the road.

At the end of this trail you will be met with one of the most magnificent sights. The walk is relatively easy on the fire trail but will take a good 1.5 hours in and 1.5 hours back again. Take something to eat and drink and picnic on the rock.

As it's a 20 minute hike from the station, you may wish to jump on a bus. Just get on or off at the bus stop at 'Wentworth Falls - Valley Rd at Backhouse Street'. Alternatively a taxi will cost about $12 or, if I'm able, I can pick you up.
