Gulf Coast Fudge Co fudge is handmade the old-fashioned way from small batches of the finest ingredients. GCFC fudge is slow-cooked in a copper kettle using an original recipe that dates back to the 1800s. It is hand-poured and cooled on a marble slab table before being whipped into a loaf and individually sliced right before the eyes of locals and tourists alike at the Shell Factory & Nature Park location. Find us at three Southwest Florida locations including N. Fort Myers, Downtown Fort Myers and Cape Coral @ Tarpon Point. Started in 2012, Wicked Dolphin Distillery is located in Cape Coral, just miles from the fertile sugarcane fields of Florida. Wicked Dolphin Rum was born out of an idea for a true Florida Rum. Using 100% Florida sugar and local ingredients, our rum is handcrafted in small batches using an American copper pot still, the largest in South Florida.
Our award-winning rum is then aged in American White Oak once used bourbon barrels that held premium aged Kentucky Bourbon for a minimum of 3, and up to, 14 years. The family run distillery produces award-winning rums available throughout Florida and the Southeastern United States. The plan from the beginning was to make rum to be proud of, using the best ingredients available.

These restaurants are across the bridge in Fort Myers. Some of them are just over the bridge, and some are a bit further, so make sure to map the location before you leave to make sure if you are ok with the drive. However, if they are included in my Guidebook they are definitely worth the drive!
