This place converted us to German food LOVERS! The lemon schnitzel, red cabbage and fried potatoes are our go to, and if you're lucky enough to go when they have homemade apple strudel you better get two orders! SO good!

With it's small town feel, historic details, and mountain views we think Black Mountain is a must visit. You get all the charm and character of a small mountain town, while only being 15 minutes from everything that the bigger, super fun city of Asheville has to offer. Black mountain is definitely an up-and-coming town and the restaurant scene and shopping has recently boomed and become a hot spot for travelers.
