this cafe is situated on probably one of my favorite spots in the city. I even shot a short film there I love it so much! even locals aren't too familiar with it even though its right in the center!

The name means both "underground" and "coaster" and its a cafe, bistro, bar and wifi all in one. You ain't a true Tel-Avivian until you set foot in this place. Best cheese toast and iced tea in town.

Film is my favorite form of entertainment and best for non-hebrew speakers of course. You can call and ask if an Israeli film is subtitled and there are constantly cool fun events.

Its the free annex of the Tel Aviv museum and often shows interesting exhibits of Israeli artists. Though I don't always love what is shown it definitely is a window into the israeli art world.
