Son père et son frère ont également été baristas. Pendant plus de 20 ans, Vito a développé ses habiletés de barista en préparant et en servant le café aux clients dans le Mile-End. Durant toutes ces années, Vito a remporté de nombreux prix et distinctions. Maintenant, c’est avec sa famille que Vito gère le Café Vito dans le quartier Villeray.
