A 20 minute drive will get you to Discovery Place. Exhibits alternate so you'll have to check their website to find out whats currently going on, but its always something interesting and unique.

If you're Hungry for Mexican this is my pick. Get the cheese dip for a starter and Xangos for dessert. You wont be disappointed! And to boot the pricing is very reasonable!

Sightseeing
I grew up a huge Dale Earnhardt fan. He was a local boy who made it to the top. His old shop is now a small museum and gift shop. If you're a race fan this a cool stop.
