You'll love being only a 5 minute walk from Willard Beach and walking distance to 2 different lighthouses: Spring Point and Bug Light. You'll also be a 10 minute drive to Old Port. This is a newer suite . It has a private entrance. Your area includes a private bath, bedroom and a living room, (with a futon) . There is a kitchenette, It will be equipped with a small refrigerator and coffee maker , toaster, microwave and induction hot plate. There is a grill outside. There is a great (enclosed) outside shower. There are bikes and beach chairs. There is a futon in the living room that converts to a queen bed. I supply linens for this.

Enjoy views of the working harbor from this bright, two floor guest suite in the historic West End. The space features a garden oasis and seasonal, heated saltwater pool—just a short walk from the Old Port and Arts District. The suite is attached to our home but fully private, with its own entrance. (Portland City Permit: 20185360-ST) Note: Guests agree to indemnify and hold the property owners harmless from any liability for injury or property damage.

OOB Guest Suite is a remodeled space just 1 block from the downtown area. Walk to restaurants, shops, beach, arcade and amusement park. Free parking. Free wifi/Smart TV. Outdoor space with small deck with bistro table/chairs, new patio with picnic table and grill. Enjoy all that Old Orchard Beach has to offer! Summer reservations from June 29, 2024 through August 24, 2024, are required to be 7 nights, beginning and ending on Saturday.

The space is minimal, bright and airy with windows surrounding, an elevated bed with comfy queen mattress, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and cozy couch for lounging.
