In the house there are 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and one bedroom with 2 single beds, a smaller room with a single bed and 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers. There is a large kitchen and a very large living and dining room. On the roof terrace you can enjoy your coffee/wine with unrivalled views of the imposing Caucasus Mountains. The house is located in the Zuzumbo district, a 20-minute walk (1.5 km) from the centre of Telavi, in a quiet location in a dead end.

Unique design wooden cottage

Welcome to Kochbaani This house originally belonged to my great-grandmother, so it holds deep emotional and cultural value for our family. About five years ago, my parents and I began building cozy wooden cottages here, and we created the Gastro Space to revive the rich traditions of old Georgian cuisine. My father handcrafted the cabins with care and love, while my mother brought back long-forgotten traditional dishes that tell the story of our heritage.

The accommodation is located in the very center of Telavi. Within 5 minutes walking distance from the central square, King Erekle II palace and the central park Nadikvari which has an amazing view on the Alazani valley and the Caucasus mountain range.
