A cozy renovated house near Lake Sammamish

One bedroom with large living room , private entrance, private full bathroom with Jacuzzi. We can host up to four people. We live in a large split level home in Sammamish. The unit is a lower level suite with a separate entrance and easy access to a large lower yard and tennis court. We have heating system and fireplace in the suite. It's cool enough during summer but just in case a fan available too. The suite is on the ground floor of a split level and doesn't require any stair climbing.

The studio is in a detached garage that overlooks beautiful sunrises, the barn, pastures & the occasional deer stopping by to say "Hi". To ensure a warm & inviting stay, we've stocked up with good coffee, flannel sheets & lots of pillows & blankets.
