It is walking/bicycling distance from Downtown, Fort King George, Historic square, Harris Neck Wildlife Refuge (Great for wildlife photography) Parks and Waterfront also Restaurants and Shops. You'll find everything you need inside. Open living area, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The bedroom has a queen size bed, private bathroom and there is an available washer/dryer. Perfect cottage for you and a companion.

Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from our dock, and feel free to bring your boat to explore the nearby waters or fish right off the dock! you'll find ideal for family outings. In the evenings, gather around one of our two fire pits, complete with firewood, for cozy nights under the stars.

The Houseboat on Tybee Island

Located at the Tybee Island Marina on Lazaretto Creek, along the western boundary of Tybee Island, The Houseboat offers spectacular sunrise and sunset views nestled in a serene spot between the beach on Tybee or a day exploring Savannah. Due to its location on a floating dock in a tidal creek, with low tides making for a difficult/steep transition between the floating and stationary docks, The Houseboat is not ideal for guests with mobility issues.
