Portable air conditioner May to October. 5-12 minute walking distance to cafes, restaurants, pubs, galleries, shops, the boardwalk, bus stops, TD Station, & Imperial Theatre. Driving: 8 min to the ferry, 8 min to the Regional Hospital, 16 min to the airport (YSJ), 3 min to the highway.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located 800 sq foot cozy apartment in Saint John. A 5 minute drive from both Reversing Falls, and historic Uptown Saint John. This beautiful open concept (bachelor style) basement apartment comes with it's own full kitchen, fridge, electric stove, microwave, cookware, TV, wifi and access to the coin washer dryer available. Wifi and parking included. If you check out Late checkout subject to a $100 fee. Pets will require $100 deposit. No third party bookings allowed. A third guest can sleep in the couch if we’re aware of a 3rd guest you must mention this.
