Only a 3 min. drive to all of the activities at Smuggler's Notch Resort, restaurants, bars, and hiking, as well as the magical Golden Dog Farm "Golden Retriever Experience".

On the deck a BBQ with cooking utensils and patio set are provided in summer - no water during winter season (Nov-April 30) - a small chemical toilet is provided. Enjoy the comfortable simplicity and relax in nature; sauna service available 50$.
