Beautiful home on a private road with A/C and strong WIFI so you can work from home. Quiet place where you can relax and watch this million dollar view all day. Chazy Boat ramp is 500 feet from the house so do not hesitate to bring your boat. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset outside or from the veranda or decide to stay cozy by the fireplace inside. Just minutes from local attractions outdoor enthusiasts will love skiing, snow tubing, snowshoeing, in the winter and golfing, fishing, and hiking in the spring, summer and fall. While we love our furry friends, we do have a no pet policy.

Step back in time and enjoy almost 600' of lake shore on Vermont's unique Lake Champlain with 180 degree views, from westerly views to New York's Adirondacks, through the north and east to Vermont's Green Mountains. This private site is 2 acres with mature trees, meadows, and wooded buffers, ensuring a peaceful and private stay. There are two cottages available; they can be rented separately or together. Each is one bedroom with private bath.

Only 10 minutes to the Trout River border crossing to Canada. 20 minutes south gets you to a prestigious 36-hole PGA golf course. Just a few minutes more and you can ski at Titus Mountain. Hosts live on property and invite you enjoy the sounds of the Trout River.

Relax and recharge in our beautiful cabin nestled in the Adirondack Mountains in a small RV park . Studio style space with a private bathroom. A queen size bed and 2 cots are available. There is a small kitchen space with a sink, microwave, pod coffee maker and mini fridge. Bathroom includes a stand up shower, toilet and sink. Guests can enjoy the outside space which is equipped with a picnic table and fire pit. Amazing view of Chateaugay Lake and night time skies.

Close by is the Missisquoi Wildlife Refuge, Alburg Dunes State Park, ski resorts, Burlington for fine dining and nightlife, the famous Lake Champlain Islands, and Canada.
