This is a gorgeous 1909 home with a 2010 two story addition that has been newly renovated and furnished for your enjoyment :) Just 260 yards from the Arkansas River by the ball fields, you can walk down M street and put your feet in the river in 3 minutes. You can also put boats/tubes in the river here and float through downtown, or land here after floating to town from upstream. Stroll or bike the riverwalk that starts here and takes you to downtown, or upstream to a couple local lakes.

We have a big garden, and chickens and ducks (fresh eggs in season!), and we're frequented by visits from deer, great-horned owls, red-tailed hawks, and sometimes wild turkeys and elk!
