Enjoy a nap in the hammock, s’mores around a campfire, a great night’s sleep under the stars, a country breakfast delivered to your door - and goats! Take a walk in the woods...enjoy the artistic landscaping...try goat yoga! Or, experience some of the area’s AMAZING food, beverages, shopping, and attractions!

IMPORTANT: our amazing housekeeper is available Monday and Friday only. So, we can offer Mon-Fri, Fri-Mon, Mon-Mon or Fri-Fri stays. For the adventurer, both the Adirondacks and many famous Herkimer Diamond mines are only a short drive away!

Chez Coco - A shabby chic, bohemian flat.

A shabby chic, bohemian flat put together with a Paris apartment in mind. You have an entire two bedroom apartment to yourself. The flat is right in the middle of the City within walking distance to all (i.e. restaurants, bars, bakery and shopping). Both brand new mattresses are dressed in new super soft sheets and have extra pillows for comfort. The bathroom is stocked with new Egyptian cotton wash and towel sets. The kitchen has the essentials to make meals on the premises during your stay.

The Speculator Guest House is fully renovated to offer an elevated and thoughtful stay. Guests love the outdoor sauna, Sunday to Wednesday private chef brunch or dinner, espresso maker, fully stocked kitchen, and everything you need for a campfire under the string lights. Walk to the grocery store, restaurants, shops, or the sandy beach on Lake Pleasant (.6 miles). Each guest receives individualized local recommendations. We live in the area year round and love to share our favorite places.

Enjoy a quiet retreat far off the road with authentic Amish furniture and decor and modern conveniences (washer & dryer, dishwasher, Keurig, AC/Heat, WiFi and streaming TV.)
