Enjoy the multi level outdoor deck with lush landscape or hang out upstairs with floor to ceiling windows and a perfect view of the Rodanthe Pier. The interior exhibits wide plank pine floors, cypress ship lap & custom hickory stairs with mahogany inlay and live cedar accents. The kitchen has concrete counters and a farm sink.

Pamlico sound-front custom home with 2 suite apartments. Located in the village of Salvo at the end of the road, surrounded by large Live Oaks and natural fauna.  Your private front entrance into unit #2 is on the right side/first floor of the home. The 10' ceilings make the retreat feel incredibly spacious. It includes a queen bunk beds, a coffee maker, mini fridge/freezer, a microwave, a ceiling fan, and linens. The custom-tiled bathroom has a solid-surface double vanity and a large deep tub.

The Salvo Day Use Area is within a 5 minute drive, where you can enjoy many sound side activities. This features a porch sitting area and a green house full of fresh herbs for your cooking needs. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Walking distance to some of the best surfing on the east coast as well as restaurants ,coffee shop, pizza! , pier , small grocery store , and kite boarding on sound . The surf shack is rustic living ! This space is designed for serious surfers and kiteboarders , if you are looking for the 4 seasons this is not it , but if you want to hit the beach you are here!
