The Perch - Outdoor Clawfoot Tub

Overlooking a fern grotto and redwood valley, The Perch lets you experience nature up close. Come unwind and luxuriate in nature. Limited cell service. The room INSIDE has a bed, toilet, sink, mini-fridge, microwave, and electric hot water kettle. OUTSIDE a claw foot tub/shower, private deck & outside kitchen with a gas burner stove. Very rural. Carmelita Creek House

The creek house is on a beautiful tree lined street, walking distance to downtown San Carlos. The house is a spacious one bedroom cottage with designer finishes and vaulted ceilings. You will be surrounded by mature redwoods and nature overlooking a year round creek. Amenities include a full sized kitchen, workspace, washer/dryer, fast WiFi, cable TV and a gas fireplace. Please note the cottage is located behind our main home and is accessed via several steps.

Come stay at this comfortable, bright, top of the line cottage privately located at the end of our driveway detached from the main house. The cottage has a chef’s kitchen, washer/dryer, bathroom, comfortable mattress and couch. You have a private patio out front, Nespresso maker and pods for those coffee drinkers, and a Smart TV for endless streaming. There are two skylights and French doors which provide lots of light.

Ample street parking and very close to public transportation.
