Sunny Inverness Cottage

Private and peaceful guest cottage in the Seahaven neighborhood of Inverness. It is 15 minutes from ocean beaches, bay swimming and the restaurants and shops of Point Reyes Station. This comfortable and clean one bedroom, one bath cottage is located down a long driveway that is shared by the main house and is surrounded by forest. Walls of windows in the bedroom and living room let in light and forest views, but the orientation of the house allows for privacy. The living room has a wood burning stove, small kitchen (oven, stove, small refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster), small TV with cable and DVD, wireless internet, a deck with table and radiant floor heating. The bedroom has a queen bed. The bathroom has a full bathtub with shower and the toilet is in an adjoining room. Towels and linens are provided. Two sides of the property border the state park, and the cottage is only minutes from beaches on Tomales Bay. Maximum occupancy is 2. No pets. No Smoking. 1 night minimum. Please give us at least two days notice for bookings.

We are nestled in the beautiful California Redwood forest next to the San Lorenzo River. Guests can enjoy our private guest suite with its own entrance and full bathroom. Our property features tall trees, seasonal river swimming on our private beach, fishing, kayaking, and exploring. We are close to downtown Boulder Creek, minutes away from Santa Cruz, wine tasting, hiking, fine dining, and the coastline. We have no hidden fees and even offer a full return of our cleaning fee. At approximately 3,250 square feet (300 m²), including 10 total rooms, a 500 square foot (50 m²) roof deck with a bay view, & a rose garden patio, there's plenty of space to stretch out, both inside and out. Many water views. Furnished largely with antique and vintage finds from the late 19th century to the middle 20th century, there's ample charm.
