Mountain Vista House

Our contemporary cabin is located 10 minutes (6 miles) from the town of Telluride. We are 2.7 miles form the Town of Mountain Village Gondola parking structure. The Gondola is a fun, free ride to town. There is also an extensive trail system for hiking, biking and running that can be accessed from within the neighborhood( maps in binder) Please read this before requesting to book, ESPECIALLY if booking during winter months (Nov-April)our property may not be for everyone...

Nestled in an aspen forest with picturesque views of the iconic San Juan mountains, this charming mountain cabin is the perfect place to get away from it all, yet it is less than 5 miles from the heart of Telluride and only 3 miles to the Mountain Village parking garage with ski-in/ski-out access and a free gondola that drops you right into Telluride. We typically require a 30 day minimum booking, feel free to enquire with any questions.

Altitude Adjustment

A brand new build - finished in May 2019. Three bedrooms, two baths, in a residential neighborhood in the town of Silverton. Some of the best views of Kendall Mountain. The Altitude Adjustment has a huge yard, fire pit, RV parking and plug-in, granite kitchen counters, laminate floors, and TV's through the house and in each bedroom. Ride the train up to almost the front door. Plenty of pull around and thru parking for trucks and trailers.

Three bedroom upstairs unit. This house is a walk up with a second story entrance with a queen bed and bathroom the 3rd story has two more bedrooms with full bathroom. Owner managed property: that means you’re not working with a huge conglomerate rental company but people who care.
