Arbor House

The Arbor house is a 400 sq ft, 1 bedroom separate guest house with a large deck, sunny front room and full kitchen. Parking is right next to it. The dedicated wifi is fast, and the A/C, hot water and heating are all electric. Our property is just outside the city limits (by 100 ft) in a 2.5 acre oasis of shade trees and shrubs. Nothing is far away in this tiny, remote town in the high desert of S.E. Utah, including groceries, gas and movie theater. Private, quiet and restful!

Two bedroom, queen in the master, two singles in the 2nd bedroom, a couch, and a futon. Just like your house, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, refrigerator, stove, microwave, and coffee pot. Property on 145 acres and mile of Colorado River frontage. Surrounded by thousands of acres and no neighbors. Lots of hiking, kayaks, usually a beach, side by sides, fossils, and wildlife. Seven additional rentals on the property if the Condo doesn't fit your needs.

The Pinyon House is your home base while you explore the expansive red rocks and exhilarating surroundings of Capitol Reef country. Hidden Gem Hideway is the perfect place to relax and refresh after a long day of adventures. Centrally located to multiple national parks, and only a few minutes away from beautiful mountain views. Only 50 minutes from Moab and arches, it's great for seeing all the sites without paying the big prices. We also provide blazing fast fiber optic WiFi. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place.

Cute, comfortable place in walking distance of the movie theater, library, and eating places. Easy drive to Bears Ears National Monument, Hovenweep, Natural Bridges, Monument Valley, and the Abajo mountains. Use as a base to explore and photograph these wonderful places. The house is decorated with photographs and painted with local colors. It is a medium/small house with lots of space to spread out.
