Distante circa 9 km da Prato e 20 da Firenze. Il Cottage, liberi su tre lati, e' situato in posizione panoramica circondato da un parco privato, ideale per camminate e sport. Una vera e propria casa, con cucina, salotto, camera e bagno. Ampi spazi esterni, giardino e orto botanico.

Antica chiesa sconsacrata risalente ai primi del 900, originariamente costruita come cappella privata di Villa Philipson. All"esterno c'è una pergola tettoia con forno, barbecue e cucina. A richiesta sarà possibile allestire 2 tende sospese sugli alberi e aggiungere delle amache.
