Vacation in our stunning two-story oceanfront penthouse condo offering spacious luxury and breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and Back Bay. Watch sunrises over the sand and sunsets over the bay from two oversized wraparound balconies. With four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and spacious kitchen and living area, this beautifully designed condo is perfect for family vacations and relaxing in ocean breezes. Step inside and be greeted by sweeping ocean views and an open floor plan filled with natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows. The Sanctuary complex has three pools (one is oceanfront), two gyms, multiple outdoor grills and eating areas next to pool, and NEW for 2026: Sanctuary Arcade! Pool open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates and hours are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay in Sandbridge! This property is ON the beach (unit itself is not facing the ocean) with access to 3 pools, a gym, local restaurants and much more! As you can see, guests LOVE my place! I frequently travel for work, spending a lot of time in hotel rooms. I know the NECESSITIES! ** I am currently replacing furniture and bedding so pics may not match perfectly. Need more room?? This recently remodeled home build in 1933 and located on the Chesapeake Bay is a perfect place to vacation. Direct private beach access with a beautiful salt water pool to enjoy. Around the pool there is plenty of space for games, grilling, and relaxing. Use the newly renovated kitchen or visit one of several local restaurants serving fresh local seafood to satisfy your appetite. Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown are only a short drive away.
