Beautifully renovated (2025) cozy cottage, walking or biking distance to East Sandwich beach. This space is ideal for couples seeking a quiet romantic getaway or families with children looking to make some memories. This cottage is equipped with a kitchenette, backyard fire pit for roasting s'mores, BBQ and outdoor shower. Two comfortable bedrooms allow for privacy and restful nights. PLEASE NOTE: Due to the bed sizes, the cottage is best suited for up to 3 adults, or 2 adults + 2 children.

Walking up the stairs you’ll find a beautiful living room. You can enjoy ocean views from here or the deck which is just through the sliding doors.
