This absolutely darling two-bedroom bungalow is located about a mile south of the Murrells Inlet Marshwalk, which is lined with restaurants, live music, local artisans, boat rentals, fishing tours and more. The closest beach access is about 3 miles away, Huntington Beach State Park, which we provide a pass for that allows admission for one vehicle and its occupants. Garden City Beach Pier and public beach access, 4 miles away.

The neighborhood is a dirt road with a mix of mobile homes and houses. The neighbors are great and have lived on the street for decades. The house is surrounded by live oaks, nature and tidal marsh water in the backyard. Litchfield and Pawleys Island beaches are 5 minutes away. World class golf, restaurants, and grocery stores are near.

The attached apartment is the entire top level of our home, a private entrance. It has a bedroom with one queen bed, full kitchen, living room, and bathroom w/shower. From the living room, kitchen, and common space there is also, a queen bed. Enjoy the most spectacular views the Inlet has to offer. Enjoy your coffee while watching the glorious seaward sunrise.

We are on the Waterfront, also the natural part of Murrells Inlet. We have beautiful sunrises and views of the Inlet from our patio and backyard. The Waccamaw Neck Bikeway, which is part of the East Coast Greenway, runs in front of our home. (Bring your bicycle) Huntington Beach State Park and Brookgreen Gardens 1 mile South of us. The Marsh Walk is 2 miles to the North. Grahams Landing Restaurant is one lot over from us, within walking distance. Southern Hops is across the street.

The comfy sofa pulls out into a double bed, or, if you’re brave, you can climb the stairs up to the loft, which has a queen mattress. Relax inside with views of the greenery outside, or pull up an Adirondack chair and relax outside by the Chiminea. This is the perfect spot for a quick getaway with plenty to do nearby.

The kitchen has an apt size fridge/freezer, stove, oven, Keurig and microwave. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, plates, bowls, silverware and cooking utensils. Staying in? Enjoy the 50 inch smart roku tv with YouTube TV access, and WiFi. The deck has a table, umbrella and two chairs.
