The ground floor has a toilet, fully equipped kitchen (with microwave, ceramic stove, dishwasher and oven), two double bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub, and the basement features a living area with sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with steam shower. The apartment also has Wi-Fi, excellent soundproofing, a fireplace and a large outdoor terrace. Free parking is available. Unser Haus, BJ 1934, wurde 2024 komplett renoviert. Dabei wurden viele originale Bestandteile des Hauses, wie z.B. die Vollholztüren, restauriert und wiederverwendet. Mit viel Altholz und kleinen liebevollen Details entstand ein einzigartiges Wohnambiente, das in vielen Bereichen an eine Alm erinnert. Hierbei kommt jedoch der gewohnte Komfort nicht zu kurz. Das Erdgeschoß ist für Rollstuhlfahrer und Gehbehinderte geeignet. Eine Feuerschale im Garten und eine Saunahütte sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
