Upper end, almost new, furniture (was originally set up as in-law apartment). Sunny, bright, appealing space in a quiet, family neighborhood. One off-street parking spot, 2 person maximum occupancy. This furnished apartment is on the second floor of a beautiful 1873 mansion on the North side of town. Easy walk to both Skidmore College and downtown Saratoga. About two and a half blocks from City Center (Convention Center). Clean, quiet, owner-occupied house. Full size washer and dryer in the apartment. Window unit air conditioners in living room and both bedrooms. New 43” TVs in the living room and main bedroom. WiFi. New sheets and towels. Basic supplies provided. Off-Street parking.

The OsWaldorf Hotel

Comfy, oddball studio that preserves the pre-gentrified bohemian feeling of Troy circa 2005. Lovingly constructed by mysterious artisan Oswaldo who stayed in November 2005 and then disappeared, leaving this gem as part of his local legacy. In the heart of downtown Troy, two doors from TAKK house, sharing the alley with Peck's, blocks from Saturday farmers market, walking distance from RPI. This unit is private but the large kitchen and laundry (green floor) is occasionally accessed by hosts.

SPAC is a 6 min Uber trip. It's perfect for summer/winter activities, both local and in the nearby Adirondacks.
