This charming historical bungalow with views of Trout River and Rolliston Park is situated in a peaceful natural setting, yet is convenient to I-95, Jacksonville International Airport, JAXPORT Cruise Terminal, EverBank Stadium (home of the Jacksonville Jaguars), VyStar Ball Park, Dailey's Place Amphitheater, and the Jacksonville Zoo. Bring your boats & launch them at Blythe Island Regional Park, about 5 mi away, or at Blythe Island Beach Drive Park, 1.7 mi away. There's a sidewalk down Blythe Island Drive, making it only a short 30-min walk to play at the park, launch your boat, or fish off the pier. FLETC is 9.4 miles, approximately 17 minutes away.
