Downstairs bedroom near full bath. Upstairs has a bedroom with 2 beds and a sleeping loft with 1 bed. Half bath upstairs. Unit 1 is half of a two-unit apartment hotel centrally located and within walking distance to restaurants in beautiful Sierraville. Yes, we do have Internet. From The Valley House, you can walk to Sierraville's two fantastic restaurants and it's a beautiful bike or car ride to Sierra Valley Hot Springs Resort, for all-day soaks, spa experiences and organic dining.

The Top Story is a cozy and unique apartment located on the second floor of an early 20th century farmhouse. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit with a full kitchen and seating area . Great space to unplug! This rustic farmhouse chic space is incredibly charming and authentic to the area; it also includes access to the front and backyard, sun soaked and full of flowers with an organic garden and seasonal pumpkin patch. Guests can star gaze while enjoying the fire pit or outside dining area.
