Refurbished in 2024, it has everything you'd need for a weekend away or a longer break, with three bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a separate utility room and garden. It's a stylish, modern space for you to enjoy with friends, family or just by yourself.

Fantastic views over the Chilterns & lovely walks and pubs on the doorstep.

A Unique modern newly furnished self contained one bedroom annex, which is cosy, warm and has everything you need for a comfotable stay. It is perfect for a weekend getaway, business trip or a stop gap for a relocation. The Annex is spacious with sofa, TV, WiFi and beautiful log burner. The kitchen is well equipmed with oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher and washing machine. There is space for 2 cars on a private off street drive beside the annex. There is also a private small enclosed garden.

Set in the grounds of a Queen Anne Rectory, it has 17th Century charm with the convenience & comfort of modern fittings. We are on the Ridgeway, in a picturesque rural setting.
