Point Reyes Unique Creekside Home with Hot Tub

Truly a one of kind handmade, solar powered home of local materials filled with arts and crafts by local artists and treasures we have collected from around the world. Described by guests as “Asian Vintage” this sunny home sets perched above a year round creek and is surrounded by mature gardens and a forest of bay, oak and fir. About an hour from San Francisco and the Sonoma and Napa Valleys, 1.5 miles from Point Reyes Station and 2 miles from the Point Reyes National Seashore Visitors Center and Golden Gate National Recreation Area. Easily access beaches, waterways and parkland for hiking, swimming, surfing, kayaking, SUP boarding, mountain biking and all that West Marin has to offer. Or just enjoy unwinding in this comfortable and beautiful setting. Stroll down to the Inverness Park Market and Tap Room at the end of the street and enjoy some of the best food and drink in the area with a very local vibe. Entering the upstairs you will find a large living/dining/kitchen space constructed of huge beams, wide plank fir floors from wood milled on the property, a bank of windows with a bird's eye view of the forest and a large stained glass window. A fully equipped kitchen and stocked pantry allows you to cook up the bounty of Point Reyes farmers and purveyors on our vintage O’Keefe and Merritt stove. There is a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, mixer, coffee maker and blender. A Balinese dining table of coconut wood and tiger bamboo seats 6. The living area offers a comfortable pullout couch with a memory foam mattress. There is wifi and a smart TV with steaming Netflix, Hulu Plus and Amazon prime. Or enjoy any of the DVDs from our small library. A stereo tuner with an aux cable allows you to stream music from your 2.5mm jack equipped device. A deck off the living room has a table, chairs and a small gas BBQ. Also on the main floor is a sunroom with floor to ceiling glass and a glass roof, Balinese bamboo furniture, breakfast table and a side deck. The bathroom has a claw foot tub and shower. There is central heating with the thermostat located in the living area. Downstairs is a large, plush carpeted bedroom surrounded with rock walls, huge beams, a queen sleigh bed, lounge area, flat screen TV and a wood stove. Also a small, bright bedroom with a single bed and a small deck attached. An ante room between the bedrooms contains a wash sink and leads to a private rock walled, slate tile floored area with a dual head outdoor shower and hot tub. There is a laundry room for your use with a full sized washer, dryer, utility sink and linen storage. Outside you will find a stone patio with table, chairs and umbrella. There is a carport for 2 cars. Our son, David, lives on the property in a small separate cabin and serves as manager and caretaker. He will most likely be your point of contact here on Airbnb and throughout your stay. Please read the house rules in this listing and the house manual on the desk at the entry when you arrive.

If you love to cook, the cottage has a fully equipped kitchen. Or, enjoy a lovely evening out at one of the many acclaimed restaurants in the area. Take a hike during the day, rent a kayak for an adventure on the bay, or visit some of the quaint coastal towns. Return to your own private cottage to enjoy romantic nights by the cozy wood stove. Rich furnishings, heated floors, a big leather couch and tasteful decorative touches will cradle you in the lap of unexpected luxury in this delightful cabin. Guest have access to the whole cottage and patio area. The cottage is located in between Inverness and Inverness Park, the latter being home to Inverness Park Market - a market like no other, and not to be missed. Just a few miles down the road is the town of Inverness with cafes, restaurants, and pubs. A car is the best way to see the area. Parking is never an issue. 1) The house is in a quiet, family neighborhood, So it is really not the best place for loud late night parties. I absolutely encourage utilizing the outdoor area in the evenings, but please be mindful of noise. 2) If you are using the patio area at night, please do not play music out there after 10pm. 3) Please do not congregate in the driveway- It is shared space with the next door neighbors. 4) There is absolutely no cigarette smoking permitted inside the house. 5) If you break something, please just let me know about it- It gives me the opportunity to replace it before the next guest arrives. 6) There is room for only 1 car in the parking area. 7) Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.

The Biggest, Little, Surf Cabin is a perfect vacation getaway, in the highly desirable coastal community of Bolinas. This bright sunny spot has a fenced off yard, private entrance and all the modern amenities for a relaxing stay. A charming one bedroom cottage, with an extra loft area, perfect for kids, along with a cozy pull out sofa . The rental is perfect for a couple or small family. With a shaded hammock right outside your door, and plenty of peace and quiet, you will never want to leave.

Our 1940's small hand-built cabin is located one house in from the end of a dirt road, and the builder's family still calls it home. A rustic and cozy place with everything you need, a launchpad for you to connect with nature & a gorgeous view to Stinson Beach. Enjoy watching the wildlife: deer, raccoons, quail & many birds that enjoy the yard right outside the window and follow the rhythm of the rising sun & moon.

Immerse yourself in nature at my quiet, cozy compound, blurring the line between indoors & out. Built using reclaimed and green materials to be a garden oasis, both buildings are bright and sunny. **Please note that the bathroom is located in the Studio and the Annex bedroom is a separate building 20' away (see photos). It is located two blocks from the Deer Park trailheads and within easy walking/biking distance to town & shops. There's plenty of storage and closet space for longer-term stays!

Guesthouse in woodside -

This private guest house is located on one of the most prestigious properties in Woodside with it's own private entrance & setting on a 1.5 acre lot. Includes living room, 1 queen bedroom, sofa bed, kitchen and private patio - * There are 15 stairs from where the car is parked to the guest house. Access to basketball court and play structure. No access to the pool/hot tub/fire pit. Close to restaurants, 2 mins from 280 HW, 3 mins to downtown Woodside, 10 mins to Stanford University.

This cabin looks out on a beautiful meadow and woods across a creek from the main house. It has a queen bed and a dry toilet. Shared access to outdoor shower, hot tub, Barbecue, and outdoor kitchen  it is near the road, so there can be noise, but generally quiet at night. The owner lives on the property upstairs in the main house. Other guests may be staying in the main house and in other cabins. We clean Spider (harmless) webs and deter mice but some may be around.
