Just 15 mins to Folly Beach & 6 min to Downtown Charleston, we are in an ideal location. *Please note, this sleeps a max of 2 adults. The bunks are too small to accommodate more than that. We didn't want you to have to squeeze into a tiny camper bathroom, so we made a brand new concrete/tile bathroom to give you extra space to get ready to explore the town in style. Private Roku tv in bedroom, wifi, coffee setup, books, AC/Heat, huge porch for relaxing. 25 minutes to downtown Greenville, near plenty of hikes and trails, or you can relax in nature at home :)

Expect mornings with the eastern blue birds and robins and count on relaxing evenings inside the state of the art RV on the fireside recliners or outside by the flames of the crackling fire pit.

Close to Clemson, I- 85, Lake Hartwell, and Anderson. My 2023 Wildwood 28vbxl CAMPER sits in my driveway which is also home to Freedom Fences, a non profit animal rescue. This is a working farm so people are always milling around. Well behaved, housetrained animals allowed but must be crated if left alone. Great spot for Clemson football. 25 minutes to Greenville. 10 minutes from downtown Anderson. Less than 7 miles to Garrison arena. NO Smoking! If you are high maintenance, don't book!

I can show you how to operate the propane stove and lights and answer any other questions you might have. The rv shares the same drive way with the green house.
