This stunning minimalist-inspired home adds its own artistic flair to the decor by placing bold and exciting art pieces throughout every room. With hardwood floors and black and white fixtures, each space has an elegant charm and character. The gallery and apartment is owned by an artist, who designed the space to show his work. Guests will have access to the whole gallery, but for rent is only the private apartment adherent to the gallery, including a small kitchen, a combined living sleeping area with a loft style bathtub and attached separate bathroom with shower. The other sleeping area can be separated by movable walls and has an extra bathroom with shower and toilet as well. Guests also have access to the back yard until 10 pm. Our aim is, to welcome all our guests personally and show them around and help them getting started in Berlin. Since we are also living in Berlin we are happy to help if any difficulties occur during the stay. It's Mitte, means closed to all cultural attractions, shopping and nightlife, but still quiet and you don't feel like living in a "bar". I like to call it the "new quiet Mitte" since recently a lot of luxury apartment buildings were constructed next to existing architecture, so it's for Mitte a pretty quiet neighbourhood, but Gendarmenmarkt, Checkpoint Charlie, Alexanderplatz, Friedrichstraße are all within easy walking distance (10min) Subway station (U-Bhf) Spittelmarkt 2 min walk. Several busses 3 min walk at Leipziger Str. Walking distance to Gendarmenmarkt, Checkpoint Charlie, Alexanderplatz and Friedrichstraße about 10 min. You can only access your apartment through the gallery, which may be gently used by the artist. Your apartment is private and will during your stay not be accessed by us. Mitte neighborhood is within walking distance to many of the city's iconic locations such as Checkpoint Charlie with superb shopping, dining, and nightlife nearby as well. There is easy access to public transport making exploring easy and convenient.

Berlin BhfZoo ist schnell zu erreichen(25min).Das Havelland mit ihren geschichtsträchtigen Orten, zahlreichen Wasserwegen laden ganz besonders zum Wandern und Radfahren ein. Urbaner Wohnkomfort trifft die üppige Natur des Naturparks Barnim. Beide zusammen schaffen den perfekten Rahmen für Ruhe, Entspannung und Entschleunigung. Im Schloss Lanke befinden sich neben Ferienwohnungen die Wohnungen der Eigentümer sowie Büroflächen im Erdgeschoss. Wir respektieren unsere Privatsphären.

Wenn du Ruhe und Entschleunigung suchst, dann bist du bei uns richtig! Rosenbeck ist ein sehr kleiner Ort umgeben von Wald und Wasser, ca. 50 km nördlich von Berlin, mit dem Usedomradweg. Genieße die wunderschöne Natur inmitten der Schorfheide. Miete dir Fahrräder, SUP`s oder ein Kajak. Der Werbellinsee ist ca 5 km entfernt. Du kannst hier wandern, baden, angeln, Boot fahren, Fahrrad fahren, klettern, das Schiffshebewerk, den Wildpark besuchen uvm. Einkaufen ca.6 min, Bus 300 m, Bahn 6 km.

Für Ihren entspannten Urlaub bzw. geschäftlichen Aufenthalt stehen Ihnen 100 qm zur Alleinnutzung zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung befindet sich nur 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß von der S-Bahn S 5 sowie REWE und DM entfernt. Sie sind in 25 Minuten, ohne umsteigen, in der City. Die S-Bahn fährt 24/7.

The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.

Unsere Scheune de Lütt bietet einem Pärchen oder einer kleinen Familie genügend Platz um zu jeder Jahreszeit ein paar entspannte Tage auf dem Land zu verbringen. Direkt hinter der Scheune lädt ein großer Garten mit Sitzmöglichkeiten, Grill und Feuerstelle sowie Klettergerüst, Schaukel und Sandkasten zum verweilen ein. Mit zwei Schlafzimmern und Platz für bis zu sechs Personen, einer Galerie mit Bildern der alten Fischerei um 1920 und den Seeblick vom Balkon durch alte Ahorn- und Kirschbäume wird Ihr Aufenthalt unvergesslich.

Herrliche Spaziergänge, Kanutouren, Fahrradtouren sowie Rollerbladetouren sind von hier aus möglich. Kaminfeuer an kalten Winterabenden. Langeweile gibt es hier nie.
