Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gibt es in Laufnähe. Egal ob Messe, Innenstadt, Christkindelsmarkt oder Bahnhof. In maximal 20 Minuten seid ihr mit Bus oder S-Bahn am Ziel. Wenn ihr Erholung braucht, spazieren gehen oder joggen wollt, findet ihr viel Natur direkt vor der Haustüre.

Die separate Wohnung ist groß (100qm) und schön hell. Holzbalken und Schrägen geben sofort ein gutes Gefühl. Ein neues Bad, eine große Küche mit Platz zum Frühstücken und ein gemütliches Wohn- sowie 2 Doppelschlafzimmer runden die Wohnung ab. Blick auf den großen Garten gegeben.
