It is remote and high up in the mountains, yet a short drive from civilization. Plus, if you're traveling along Highway 6, it is only a stone's throw away! Dogs are allowed for a pet fee, requested after booked You can drive to the yurt in non winter months, otherwise, the hike in is ~1.9 miles.

The Farmhouse has two bedrooms, two baths, a full kitchen, central heat & AC, gas fireplace & a two car garage. There's a big yard for kids to play & room to park ATVs & toy trailers .

This 1928 coal miner's home feels a little like going to Grandma's house. It is localed on a quiet street with pretty views from the hill behind the house. Helper's Historic downtown is an approx 1/4 mile walk to the east (down the historic staircase, under the freeway tunnel & over the swinging bridge). The town is filled with character & history. It is a great stay for a small family or a romantic getaway for a couple looking to recharge. Well-behaved pets are welcome for a small fee.

Enjoy beautiful views of the majestic Helper Mountains, birds, deer and squirrel sightings from in the house and backyard or taking one of the trails nearby. Located just off HWY 6, it’s only a 7 min walk to the river and Helper Beer, and just a 10 min walk from historic Main Street. Enjoy Happiness from Within Coffee, Balance Rock Eatery & Pub, and local shopping.

We live upstairs, and are happy to help you with anything you need to make your stay comfortable, but will also give you the privacy you want. Private parking (4 spots) and entrance. Our "E" Street House is located on a dead end street with Balanced Rock as the backdrop. Fully furnished and ready to welcome guests. We offer 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen, living room and laundry. The fire pit in the back yard is stocked with wood for an evening under the stars. ATV and snowmobile trails are abundant and can be accessed from our street within minutes. Helper has a new city swimming pool just blocks from our house. A beautiful golf course is just a few miles south.

Historic 1911 Miner's Cottage - Castle Gate

The Miner's Cottages in Historic Helper, Utah were built in 1911 to house miners from 27 different countries. Recent renovations have retained their historical ambiance, combined with newly restored modern conveniences. Beautiful front porch is a perfect place to watch incredible sunsets and meet locals. The kitchen is equipped with high quality cooking gear and the bed, linens, towels are all high quality. Fiber optic high speed WIFI with plenty of speed for streaming.
