External Services On the ground floor, there is an outdoor shower surrounded by greenery, with both hot and cold water, perfect for refreshing yourself after a day at the beach. The ground floor area, including the driveway and automatic gate, is shared with the owners and serves solely as a passage and uncovered parking.
