Tullydowey Gate Lodge

Situated beside the village of Blackwatertown on the border between counties Tyrone and Armagh. Tullydowey Gate Lodge is a Grade B1 listed property built in 1793. Restoration of the gate lodge was completed in 2019 and undertaken with the utmost regard for the history of the building with many of the existing 18th century features sympathetically maintained whilst providing the comforts of 21st century living in a traditional country cottage style turning it once again into a real eye catcher.

A warm welcome awaits you in this charming retreat that nestles in the magical countryside of County Fermanagh. This exquisitely refurbished cottage provides accommodation for up to five people making the most of this original vernacular stone barn. A chic conversion with a full complement of beams and flag stones. The interiors are a fabulous mix of vintage finds and modern pieces. This cottage is filled with books and paintings and is a dozen steps from the sheltered orchard.

The Leck Loft

Our loft is 4 miles from Monaghan town, population 10,000approx. It is located roughly an hour and a half from Dublin and Belfast. Local amenities include 18 hole golf course and driving range, Rossmore Forest park (1.5miles), cinema, leisure centre, a number of pubs and restaurants (4 miles), Glaslough Castle and Equestrian centre (7 miles). There are numerous local lakes for fishing and the Bragan region offers various walking trails.
