The Canal Room sits upstairs within Ratho Park Steading: a stunning Scottish courtyard stable (built 1826; converted 2021). It borders Ratho Park Golf club (area of outstanding beauty), a walk from the heart of Ratho village, 8miles from Edinburgh centre. The large room is stylishly furnished (super king size bed), tv/wifi, and heated through ground source. The property has off-road parking with use of/ views into a landscaped garden/canal. Breakfast is a cold self-served buffet in the 'Den'.

Romantic Medieval Castle

Barns Tower is an authentic medieval mini castle with roaring log fires and all modern comforts. The Tower is located in a beautiful rural setting on the River Tweed and is an ideal location for exploring the Scottish Borders. Peebles is nearby with great amenities and there’s heavenly walks right from the door. Please be aware that The Tower is located at the end of a rural track and due care should be taken with speed and approach. The Tower is arranged over 4 floors with steep staircases.

Good for couples, families, and up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome in the Cottage (add fee).

The Bothy at Dod Mill is a studio-style barn conversion for 1-4 guests, near the Royal Burgh of Lauder in the Scottish Borders. The property has been interior-designed with modern, rustic styling. The Bothy has its own walled-garden area with views to rivers, woodland, an orchard and rare-breed sheep. Farmhouse Cottage sleeps two adults and two children, private garden and communal courtyard, shared with holiday cottage next door. Both can be booked to enjoy exclusive use for a family getaway. You can enjoy magnificent views of the countryside and access to 12 acres of grounds with private stretch of the River Rede.

The Byres, Hindhaugh

The Byres offers outstanding holiday accommodation in the heart of Northumberland. This former cattle byre was lovingly converted to a family home about 8 years ago and retains much of its original character. The accommodation comprises a utility room, kitchen, lounge and 3 double bedrooms one of which has zip and link beds which can easily be converted into a twin bedded room. It also has a bathroom and downstairs wet room. We are dog friendly - 2 maximum.
