Your group will have exclusive access to the Sunrise Suite (everything shown in the photos), including two bedrooms, a patio, a private spa, and a fire pit. The front unit, Sunset Suite, is a separate rental. A full firewall runs through the center of the home, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests. There are 2 bedrooms, each accommodating 2 guests, along with a daybed in the living room for the 5th person. One bedroom offers a queen-size bed, while the other has a double-size bed. Also, there are 2 study tables with chairs, one in each bedroom and one in the living room. The meticulously designed kitchen boasts modern and luxurious touches. The stylish washroom features a standing shower.

The backyard leads directly to the lake including a fire pit for your use. Please note that the natural slope of the yard (40 stairs) may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. While the suite doesn't feature a kitchen, Port Perry is only an 8 min drive and offers many culinary options.
