Welcome to my comfortable home in the North East, ideal for professional workers, holidaymakers, and those visiting family and friends. You will have exclusive use of the entire house allowing you to relax and enjoy your stay in complete privacy. Accommodation includes a spacious double bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds, making it suitable for couples, families, friends, or work colleagues. I look forward to welcoming you and hope you enjoy everything this beautiful area offers.

Sooty Babe

Arty, two bedroom, Edwardian terraced, ex-colliery coastal cottage in a friendly, up and coming, area with good local amenities and walking distance to the beach, Castle Eden Dene nature reserve, river and viaduct. The house features Urban art murals throughout, well equipped kitchen, 58 inch smart TV and bathroom with bath and mixer shower. Free on street parking with plenty of space. To the rear is a yarden (a gravelled yard garden) with sheltered seating area. Well behaved pets are welcome.

The Roker Retreat

Our Sea view apartment is ideally located with views over the iconic Roker pier and seafront. There are numerous eateries lining the coastal walk along the blue flag beaches to Whitburn Cliffs. The accommodation is set over two floors with all modern amenities including memory foam mattresses, egyptian cotton bedding, coffee machine and comfy sofas to relax in after a busy day exploring. Ideal location whether you're staying for a music concert, a family gathering or for exploring this region.

Cosy base for exploring from or break up a journey

Well equipped studio. Plenty of space for 3 to relax after a day of sightseeing or to take a rest mid journey. Unwind in the spacious walk in shower. Enjoy a relaxing drink in the garden or the large patio ( with or without the goats!). Perhaps even a BBQ ( gas BBQ available on request). Pop over the village green to the pub. Cosy down and prepare for your next adventure watching satellite T.V. Cook a light meal or order a take away. Very peaceful location and very comfortable accommodation.

Comfortable & welcoming base for a relaxing time away from the crowds. Great location for exploring County Durham, its heritage coast & North East England. Close to A19 & outlet shopping centre. 15 mins drive to Durham City, 30mins in each direction to central Newcastle & North Yorkshire. For those wanting to explore the outdoors, Seaham Harbour is 5 mins away. National Cycle Network Route 1 and Castle Eden Dene, a historic woodland & site of special scientific interest are on the doorstep.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space on Durham’s iconic Heritage Coast. Comprising the entire first floor of this townhouse the Seaglass Suite boasts a sitting room with fridge and tea/coffee making facilities and a King size luxury bedroom with en suite shower room. Guests will enjoy sole occupancy of the property which provides dedicated parking for one car. Located a few minutes walk from the famous Glass Beach and a short walk to the Marina, local eateries and shopping.

Thistledowne (with an e) is a 3 bedroomed family house, also ideal for 3 or 4 friends, with cloakroom and conservatory; situated in a quiet area of Sunderland about 15 mins walk from the Stadium of Light. A 10 minute stroll will take you to Roker beach from where you can often see dolphins . Even closer are the National Glass Centre, Sunderland University's St. Peter's Campus and marina. Perfectly placed for early morning jogs or cycle rides either along the riverside or the seafront.

Our house is perfect for those wanting to live in a semi rural part of our region, with a hive of local amenities close-by. With easy access to major road networks and transport links from our home, We are in an ideal location for commuting to or exploring the nearby Cities of Durham, Sunderland and Newcastle which are bursting with culture and attractions. To the East we have the coastal town of Seaham Harbour, to the West we have Beamish Museum, County Durham and Northumberland

The old library

The building was an old library now converted into flats. The flat is on the ground floor with own entrance, private yard and parking. A home from home, fully furnished with everything you will need to make your stay enjoyable. It is in a prime location, 10mins from the city center, 5mins walk from the scenic coastline. Close transport links to the A19 and A1. There are local shops a few doors down, including Asda, Lidl, bars, restaurants and several takeaways close by.

It has everything you need in a home from home to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. It’s a short journey into Durham City, by car or bus and also close to the beaches of County Durham.
